Privacy

We collect as little as we can. We use what you send us only to reply and to do the work. We never sell it and never use it for ads.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

What we collect

We only get what you choose to send us:

  • The form on our booking page. Your name, email, and message. It is sent to us through Formspree, a form service.
  • Booking a call. Your name, email, and the meeting details you give. Bookings go through Cal.com, a scheduling service.
  • Emails you send us. Our email runs on Google Workspace.

Visits to this site

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not track you across other sites. It tells us things like how many people read a page, not who they are. That is why there is no cookie banner here.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare.

Why we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work. We never sell it. We never use it for ads.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as we need to respond, and for our business records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, invoices for paid work).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rubyfoundry.io and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Demo projects

Our demo projects are sandboxes filled with fictional data, and the data is reset regularly. Treat anything you type into a demo as public, and please do not enter real personal information in them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
